You Will Need
a blender or food processor
a glass
a straw
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of frozen berries (try blackberries, raspberries and blueberries)
1/2 cup of berry yoghurt
Directions
*Make sure your perant or guardian helps you with these!
1. Peel and chop the banana into chunks
2. Poor the choped banana, berries and yoghurt into a food processor or blender
3. Blend until mixture is smooth
4. Poor into a glass, add a straw and enjoy!
